What to include

When reporting a problem, include:

  • The workspace you were using
  • The page or feature affected
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Any safe screenshots that do not expose secrets
  • Approximate time of the issue
Do not share secrets

Do not send API keys, passwords, reset links or private tokens in support messages.

If an API key has been exposed, revoke it and create a new one.
